1. Rental Agreement: Review your Rental Agreement and initial each page.
2. New Client Information Form: Review the information about you and your business that was provided on your application.
3. Acceptance of Terms & Payment Authorization: After completing the above, complete and sign the Payment Authorization Form, which confirms your selected services, pricing, and payment method.
4. USPS Form 1583 & Identification Requirements: Sign USPS form 1583. Then submit your required forms of  identification to support@brvosrq.com
