Member Conference Room Benefits:

(5) free hours of conference room use per month during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm)..
Seating for up to 15 people including: a conference table that seats up to eight people and a seating area that seats up to seven people.
Free WIFI.

75″ smart TV with screen sharing.
Handicapped accessible washroom.

HOW IT WORKS

First, click the “Book Now” button.
Second, select an available date and time.
The Rental Rate is $45 per hour with a discounted daily rental (8 hours).
Next, enter your details into the online form:

- If you are a BRVO Virtual Office Mail Client, please log into your account to access your available free four hours per month.
- If you are not a BRVO Virtual Office Mail Client, please enter your details and agree to the Terms of Service.
- If you are a returning BRVO conference room client, please log into your account.
When prompted, pay for your rental via Credit Card.
Upon receipt of payment, we will email you a confirmation of your Conference Center Rental.
If you are planning to cater your meeting, please contact us at 941.216.2055 to discuss prior to your event.
Finally, you may arrive 15 minute prior to the meeting time and must leave the conference room for rent within 15 minutes of the end of the rental period.
