  • This is an add-on service which requires a Mail Service subscription as a base service.
  • Next, upon approval of the application you will be emailed an Rental Agreement to sign and return along with a Payment Authorization Form for monthly automatic payment.
  • Additionally, we will provide you with a USPS Form 1583 that you will need to sign, notarize and provide with two acceptable forms of identification.
  • Upon receipt of the Rental Agreement and Form 1583, we will charge you a Set-up Fee ($75) and prorated first month’s rent ($79). You may also opt for an annual payment and receive a discount equivalent to one month free.
  • Once we issue you a mailbox key you may begin using your newly assigned mail box address on your company letterhead, business cards, marketing material and to receive mail and parcel deliveries.
  • Subsequently, we will provide you with a lease agreement for use of a physical space (4-hours per month in our Conference Center). This will be very helpful in acquiring a Google® verification for a Storefront business location listing your new business address.
  • Furthermore, your business will be listed on our virtual business directory as well as on our physical business directory located at our physical address.
  • The mail center will be accessible to you for mail retrieval Monday thru Friday, 9am – 5pm EST (see your Rental Agreement for exceptions such as holiday closings).
  • Moreover, you may also begin booking up to four free hours of Conference Center time each month with additional time available at a rate of $45 per hour.
  • Finally, mail forwarding on a weekly or monthly basis is available as an add-on service. Price varies based on frequency.
